Q1: Can I get a sample order for LED light therapy devices first?

A: Absolutely. We welcome sample orders to help you test and verify the quality of our products. We have ready stock for most of our LED face masks and panels, and we can dispatch samples within 1–3 working days. Mixed samples are also acceptable.

Q2: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: We offer a low MOQ to support businesses of all sizes. For sample checking, 1 piece is available. For customized orders with your logo or branding, we support low MOQs as well—typically starting from 1 piece for silk-screen logos.

Q3: How do I place an order for LED light therapy products?

A: The process is simple and transparent:

  1. Let us know your requirements, application, and quantity.

  2. We will provide a quotation based on your needs or our professional recommendations.

  3. You confirm the sample and arrange the deposit for the formal order.

  4. We arrange production and keep you updated on the progress at every stage.

A: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. For express shipping, delivery usually takes 3–7 days. Air freight and sea shipping are also available upon request. For bulk orders, the lead time is approximately 15–20 working days, depending on the order quantity.

Q7: Can you customize the packaging box for us?

A: Absolutely. We can design and produce custom packaging boxes according to your specifications. You can either send us your design or share your ideas, and we will create a packaging sample for your confirmation before mass production.

Q10: What is the difference between red light and near-infrared light therapy?

A: Red light and near-infrared (NIR) light therapy are similar in their benefits but differ in two key aspects:

  • Red light is visible and works primarily on the surface of the skin.

  • Near-infrared light is invisible and penetrates deeper into the body’s tissues, making it ideal for muscle recovery and joint pain relief.

Q11: How long does it take for red light therapy to show results?

A: Red light therapy is not an overnight miracle cure, but it provides cumulative improvements. You may start noticing visible changes anywhere from 24 hours to 2 months, depending on the condition, its severity, and frequency of use. For most conditions, we recommend daily use for at least two weeks, followed by a once- or twice-weekly maintenance regimen.

Q12: Do I need to continue using the light after I start seeing results?

A: Yes. Seeing results means the therapy is working, but it does not mean the process is complete. Continue your treatments until you reach your desired outcome. Once achieved, you can reduce the frequency to a weekly maintenance schedule to sustain the benefits.
